This is a safe space for you to talk about your mental health. Mind’s advisors are trained to listen to you and help you find specialist support if you need it.
They are open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).

Offers a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide. You can call the National Suicide Prevention Helpline.
